And on the 7th day we have a new home!

All the damaged and burned siding, roof, framing etc has been repaired or replaced.

All the windows and doors are installed. Soffits are installed.

The new roof is on and looks great (If I may say so myself).

And the siding is almost complete.

We're only going to tease you with a couple of photos today... you'll all have to wait till next week to see the entire house.

All the windows and doors are in and once the front porch is rebuilt and the shutters go up this home will be the talk of the neighborhood... but wait, there's more.... the interiors are next!

MKE Development Corporations's chief Inspector PAOLO was on site today at 35 Cherry Street, Plymouth and brought checks and pizza. The crew was on their best behavior and really enjoyed the pizza from HANOVER HOUSE OF PIZZA!

Renovation project is well on the way with the siding stripped, soffits rebuilt, interior gutted and porch stabilized.

Everyone has been working hard to get the Roofing / Siding / Gutters and Demo completed by the end of the week. We're hoping that by this weekend the exterior of the home will be transformed.

Despite the rain our crew worked dilligently to clean out the debris from the back yard.
With Permits in hand, demolition well on it's way we're moving forward with this rehab project.

35 Cherry Street, Plymouth, MA is a fire damaged property that is being rehabilitated from the ground up. We will try to salvage as much of the existing structure as we possibly can but in the end this home will be NEW, modern and energy efficient.
